Physical Activity and Nutrition Outside School Hours

PANOSH aims to improve the nutrition and physical activity levels of Queensland children attending OSHC through the provision of customised information, training and support for OSHC services. This resource builds on the previous PANOSH program which commenced in 2002 and successfully improved access to healthy food choices and increased play-based physical activities in OSHC.

You can now complete the PANOSH training through QCAN's new online learning portal.  This training can be accessed via
